1. BUYING TICKETS & REFUNDS
    1. You have bought tickets for Pairc Festival 2022 and not a particular artist or attraction – these are subject to change, even at the last minute. We hope that all the artists and attractions that we publicise will perform but we cannot guarantee this, we will not refund any tickets in such circumstances.
    2. In addition to the price of the ticket to the Pairc Festival, all ticket purchases are subject to credit or debit card verification, other security checks, and receipt of payment by us, you will have to pay a booking fee and there are additional fees if you pay by credit or debit card. 
    3. To gain access to you will need to produce a printout of a valid ‘eticket’ (if bought from our website) or hard copy ‘paper ticket’ (if bought from one of our authorised ticket sellers). 
    4. A valid ticket means a complete hard copy ‘paper ticket’ or full ‘e-ticket’ printout. If you arrive with a defaced or incomplete ticket then we will not permit entry. 
    5. If you are a trader, a performer, a volunteer or a member of staff then you will need to bring written confirmation of this or you may be denied entry. In addition to your ticket or written confirmation you will also need to bring valid ID (Passport/Driving License/Citizen Card). A ticket is not valid without an accompanying ID.
    6. Decisions to cancel, alter or reschedule Pairc Festival are the responsibility of the Event Organiser, and legal responsibility for refunds or compensation for cancelled or curtailed events rests at all times with the Event Organiser. Booking and credit/debit card charges are not refundable under any circumstances. We cannot be held liable for any expenses you may incur in respect of travel, accommodation, or otherwise arising from cancellation or postponement of an Event.
    7. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder who is found to breach our rules and regulations, refunds will not be given. 
    8. There will be no refunds offered for lost, stolen or damaged tickets (save that duplicate tickets may be obtained, subject to payment of a duplication and processing fee) or if the venue or Event Organiser provides different seats to those specified on the ticket.
    9. Should you have any queries or complaints regarding your ticket please contact our ticketing agents, The Ticketsellers, on info@theticketsellers.co.uk or 0121 472 6688 (9am – 6pm Monday to Thursday, 9am – 5pm Friday, 9am – 1pm Saturday, closed on Sundays). Make sure to check your Spam folder as tickets can end up in there!

  1. ATTENDING THE EVENT
    1. If you have any specific requirements for Pairc Festival please be sure to raise these at the time of booking or directly with the Event Organiser via hello@paircfestival.com. We cannot guarantee that your requirements will be met if not disclosed until arrival at the venue.
    2. Performance times are subject to change last minute, we will do our best to communicate these
    3. You are attending this event at your own risk. We will take reasonable measures to promote health and safety but we cannot be responsible for the behaviour of all attendees. You accept we are not responsible should you contract COVID-19 as a result of attending. If you contract COVID within 14 days of this event you must inform us.
    4. Attending any festival carries risks. Admission to Pairc Festival 2022 is at your own risk. If you are looking after children under the age of 17 then you assume responsibility for their safety and well-being. Neither we, nor the Premises Licence Holder will be liable for any theft, loss or damage to property (including motor vehicles) unless such theft, loss or damage to property has been caused by our negligence – liability for theft, loss or damage to property caused by your own negligence or by the acts or omissions of traders, patrons or any other third parties is excluded. Neither we, nor the Premises License Holder will be liable for any personal injury unless your injury has been caused by our negligence – liability for personal injury caused by your own negligence or by the acts or omissions of traders, patrons, or any other third parties is excluded.
    5. In the legitimate interests of the event, you will be photographed, filmed or sound recorded for TV, Video, DVD, Webcast or other marketing or public broadcast as part of the audience or by security CCTV.
