Buying Tickets & Refunds

  1. You have bought tickets for Pairc Festival 2023 and not a particular artist or attraction – these are subject to change, even at the last minute. We hope that all the artists and attractions that we publicise will perform but we cannot guarantee this, we will not refund any tickets in such circumstances.
  2. In addition to the price of the ticket to the Pairc Festival, all ticket purchases are subject to credit or debit card verification, other security checks, and receipt of payment by us, you will have to pay a booking fee and there are additional fees if you pay by credit or debit card.
  3. To gain access to you will need to produce a printout of a valid ‘eticket’ (if bought from our website) or hard copy ‘paper ticket’ (if bought from one of our authorised ticket sellers).
  4. A valid ticket means a complete hard copy ‘paper ticket’ or full ‘e-ticket’ printout. If you arrive with a defaced or incomplete ticket then we will not permit entry.
  5. If you are a trader, a performer, a volunteer or a member of staff then you will need to bring written confirmation of this or you may be denied entry. In addition to your ticket or written confirmation you will also need to bring valid ID (Passport/Driving License/Citizen Card). A ticket is not valid without an accompanying ID.
  6. Decisions to cancel, alter or reschedule Pairc Festival are the responsibility of the Event Organiser, and legal responsibility for refunds or compensation for cancelled or curtailed events rests at all times with the Event Organiser. Booking and credit/debit card charges are not refundable under any circumstances. We cannot be held liable for any expenses you may incur in respect of travel, accommodation, or otherwise arising from cancellation or postponement of an Event.
  7. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder who is found to breach our rules and regulations, refunds will not be given.
  8. There will be no refunds offered for lost, stolen or damaged tickets (save that duplicate tickets may be obtained, subject to payment of a duplication and processing fee) or if the venue or Event Organiser provides different seats to those specified on the ticket.
  9. Should you have any queries or complaints regarding your ticket please contact our ticketing agents, The Ticketsellers, on info@theticketsellers.co.uk or 0121 472 6688 (9am – 6pm Monday to Thursday, 9am – 5pm Friday, 9am – 1pm Saturday, closed on Sundays). Make sure to check your Spam folder as tickets can end up in there!

Attending The Event
