Nathan Carter

Nathan Carter plays Páirc Festival on Sunday 28th August, taking place on the grounds of The New Irish Centre, Birmingham.

We are thrilled to announce another of our Sunday headliners, the super-talented Nathan Carter! The biggest celebration of Irish music and culture in the UK just got bigger!

Nathan Carter will headline Páirc Festival on Sunday 28th August, joining a Sunday line up that includes Finbar Furey, The Sharon Shannon Trio, The Dublin Legends, The Kilkennys, On The Sesh, Bang on the Ear and Cairde.

Nathan Carter was born to perform…and now he’s Ireland’s number one country singer! Born in Liverpool, Nathan’s always had strong Irish influences with his family roots in County Down. His love of traditional Irish music stemmed from the Liverpool Ceili Band, which led to making waves on the Irish live music scene. He’s celebrated 6 number one albums in Ireland, and has even hosted his own programme, “The Nathan Carter Show”!

We can’t wait for him to take to the stage at Páirc’s huge Birmingham Irish festival – check out the full-line up here.
