We are thrilled to announce our Sunday headliner, the legendary Finbar Furey! The biggest celebration of Irish music and culture in the UK just got bigger!
Finbar Furey will headline Páirc Festival on Sunday 28th August, joining a Sunday line up that includes Nathan Carter, The Sharon Shannon Trio, The Dublin Legends, The Kilkennys, On The Sesh, Bang on the Ear and Cairde.
Finbar Furey is one of Ireland’s most-loved singers, songwriters and multi-instrumentalists! He grew up in a musical family in Ballyfermot, Dublin, and later toured with his brother to bring Irish music and stories to the world. He spent 20 years as frontman of The Fureys, before pursuing his solo career, as well as appearing in films like “Gangs of New York” and “Strength and Honour”! Finbar is always at the forefront of musical change, and continues to bring his music to new audiences.
