We are so excited to bring Páirc Festival to Birmingham, our brand new celebration of Irish culture and music!
We will be hosting the biggest Irish party this August Bank Holiday, at the grounds of the New Irish Centre in Kings Heath (the former Stadium Club).
Join us between 26th-28th August for a host of huge names from the Irish music scene; Saturday will see the likes of Hothouse Flowers, who had the most successful debut album in Irish history, unique Irish folk singer Damien Dempsey, popular acoustic folk rock band Hermitage Green, and Galway Girl co-writers Beoga! Saturday’s headliner will be revealed very soon.
On Sunday, we will be rounding off the weekend’s celebrations with more of Ireland’s favourite artists, including beloved multi-instrumentalist Finbar Furey, and Ireland’s number one country singer, Nathan Carter, as headliners!
The accordion playing Sharon Shannon Trio, The Dublin Legends (formed of members from the iconic Dubliners) and famous folk and ballad group The Kilkennys complete Sunday’s festivities. This is just a snapshot of some of the exciting acts lined up, however we have more names yet to be announced, so stay tuned!
But that’s not all! We have fun for all the family at Páirc (“Park”) Festival, with a street food village, offering the best Irish and international delicacies, over 50 market stalls featuring the best independent makers and producers, plus outdoor bars and beer tents where the drinks (including lots of Guinness, naturally) will be flowing and the celebrations continuing.
Early bird tickets for the festival have just been released, so don’t miss out on this special launch price! This currently starts at £35.00 for an adult day ticket, £63 for an adult weekend ticket, and £90 for a three day adult ticket. VIP tickets are available for the weekend too, and can be bought here.
